Principal Architect

Ar. Dharmendra Choubisa is founder & principal architect of DCA. He completed his architecture studies (B.Arch.) from I.E.P.T Indore in 2004. He spent his formative years under the guidance of:

He also got international experience while working on American University of Middle-East project at Kuwait city.

With knowledge‐driven approach to design & invaluable guidance from the masters he developed sensibilities, expertise to design and deliver the product that surpasses client’s expectations. On his learning path he had the opportunity to work on over several large and complex projects of various types; Malls & multiplexes, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Corporate, Intuitional, Housing and Mix use projects all across India & Middle – East region. These includes Treasure Island malls, Keys hotels, SoBo center, Orchid Elegance, Shivalik Parkview, Housing for TATA group & many more.

Dharmendra tackles complex projects with patient approach & emphasis on to deliver integrated design solutions. He enjoys listening and responding to his clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and leading them through an exciting and positive architectural design process.
